New Year’s Eve Morning Sound Bath + Breathwork

Join us in the serene ambiance of our plant shop for a beautiful experience this New Year’s Eve.  Surrounded by lush greenery and soothing energy, we’ll reflect on the year past and set intentions for the year ahead. A dual class of both breathwork and a sound bath, this class will be sure to leave you feeling ready to welcome the opportunities of the new year.

What to Expect:
-️ A guided breathwork accompanied by sound bath to release the old and welcome the new
️- A calming atmosphere filled with positive energy
-️ A chance to reset, recharge, and embrace 2026 with an open heart
