Surrender to stillness at our Yin Yoga class, taught by Ariel from Whole Body Wellness.
Yin Yoga is designed to release tension, open your body, and quiet your mind. This yoga class will go through slow paced, meditative and thoughtful poses to help target connective tissues. This practice helps improve mobility, joint health, and tissue resilience.
Ariel is also a licensed massage therapist and will be offering optional hands-on body work during the stretches to help us relax and unwind further.
